On the occasion of World Environment Day, observed annually on June 5th,the Ministry of Environment and Quality of Life, in partnership with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, is organizing the National Green Innovation Competition under the theme:“Green Innovation: The Foundation of Sustainability.” This initiative is part of five participatory competitions launched by the Ministry of Environment and Quality of Life, with the involvement of several ministerial departments. The objectives of the competition are to: 1-Highlight innovative environmental talents among university students; 2-Promote and encourage creative student initiatives aimed at proposing practical solutions to real environmental challenges; 3-Strengthen the university’s role in supporting technology-based green innovation practices for environmental protection and sustainable development; 4-Instill a sense of environmental responsibility among institutions and students alike. The conditions for participation and selection criteria are detailed in the attached competition regulations.

The Human Resources Directorate informs all Maîtres de Conférences, Class A of the opening of the Fifty-Second (52nd) Session of the National University Commission. In accordance with Article 50 of Executive Decree No. 08-130 of May 3, 2008, as amended and supplemented, establishing the special status of the teacher-researcher, Maîtres de Conférences, Class A with a minimum of five (5) years of effective service in this grade are eligible to apply. Candidates are also informed that the scientific admissibility of application files is subject to minimum criteria based on the candidate’s field of specialization. Applications must comply with one of the proposed variants, and the evaluation of academic and scientific work will be carried out according to the evaluation grid established by the National University Commission.
